What to include

Your MGO Data account email.
Your store's myshopify.com domain, if the issue involves Shopify.
The page or dashboard section involved.
What you expected, what happened, and the approximate time it happened.
A screenshot with customer information and secrets removed, if useful.

Never email passwords, access tokens, API keys, customer lists, payment details, or private customer data. MGO Data support will not ask for your password.

Connected-store safety

You can uninstall the Shopify app from Shopify Admin or disconnect a provider from the MGO Data Connections page. Approved changes and their recorded results remain visible in your workspace audit history unless you request deletion.

To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected] from the address on the account. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
